In my previous role as a Production Investigations Co-op Student at Apotex, my responsibilities included supporting investigations of process deviations, gathering and evaluating production data, and reporting on trend analysis. I provided strategic advice in identifying and implementing Corrective and Preventative Actions to reduce deviation recurrences to meet Apotex’s deviancy quotas. My time with the Investigations Department helped me understand the importance of using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, and approaches to problems.
During my tenure as a research assistant to the faculty advisor of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Ryerson University, my daily objective was to conduct studies and literature searches using library research, as well as analyzing and summarizing data. In addition, I produced a proposal for granting organizations and funding agencies on implementing no-slip coating and lime crystal filters to reduce the environmental impacts of catalytic converters in automobile exhaust systems.
As a Supplier Quality Professional, I operated container presses and foilware equipment in accordance with standard practices and procedure. Furthermore, exercised quality control measures and demonstrated ability to safely operate production presses, various stacking systems and foilware production equipment while practicing all corporate health, safety and environmental practices and procedures.
